Please let me introduce myself, I am Alicia Maria Davis, a full time Compliance/Data Entry Director and a Program & Training Coordinator for the Boys and Girls of Central, MS. My journey at the Boys and Girls Club of Central MS started with Ameri Corp in August 8,2010. In 2012, I was promoted to a part-time staff at the Sykes Unit. In September of 2015, I transferred to the Capitol Unit to accept a lateral promotion as a Data Entry Clerk. In November of 2017, I was promoted to a full time Compliance Coordinator. I have been part of the organization for many years and could not have found a better or more honorable organization to work for.

My background goes as the following: I graduated from the best high in Jackson, MS, “Callaway High School” in 2008. I attended Hinds Community College and received my Associate Degree in 2010. After that completion, I went to Jackson State University to work on a degree in Early Childhood Education. 

As a Compliance/Data Entry Director and Program & Training Coordinator I have always brought an abundance of energy, creativity, dedication, and experience, and knowledge to the work that I do. I completely commit to whatever assignments that are given to me. I always go above and beyond to get tasks completed and addressed promptly and professionally. I always stay on top of the details of new data etc. to provide a smooth and easy-going transition.
